Recipe with 2 ingredients that eliminate parasites and body fat

Many people assume calories accumulate in the body as fat, and to lose weight they have to follow a diet that burns those fat deposits off. But it isn’t as simplistic as that. There are other energy reserves that interfere with the process of burning fat.

These other energy deposits are known as glycogen (carbohydrates) and proteins (muscle mass). The way in which the body uses these energy deposits can change the way in which body uses fats.

When excess sugar is consumed, usually from processed foods, more mucus is created in the body. This extra mucus is a perfect environment for the proliferation of fungi and bacteria in the intestine. This causes a decrease in energy and the body requests more and more sweet foods to compensate for this lack, thus becoming a vicious circle.

On the other hand, the more parasites you have in the body, the more body fat you will be, since the fat deposits provide parasites the ideal environment to live in.

The key to health and weight loss is to eliminate the parasites, once the parasites are eliminated from the body, the energy levels increase, and this energy will help to burn body fat.
